What will you do?

• Design
  - centered digital experiences (web, app, landing pages) optimized to improve both UX and conversion rates.
• Map user journeys, identify friction points, and propose UX improvements across the full conversion funnel.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and
  - fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, with a strong focus on clarity, persuasion, and cognitive ease.
• Collaborate with CRO and Analytics teams to define, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Translate insights from CRO experiments and analytics into cohesive, functional visual concepts aligned with business and performance goals.
• Conduct competitive benchmarks and user interviews to gather qualitative insights that inform design decisions.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, following brand guidelines and the Design System.
• Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and
  - first responsiveness.
• Apply an iterative,
  - driven approach, incorporating experiment learnings and continuous feedback into design improvements.

What do you need?

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, visual design, and
  - focused design patterns.
• Solid UX writing skills, including microcopy, tone of voice, and persuasive communication to guide users toward action.
• Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, prototypes,
  - fidelity UI).
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, with experience designing responsive,
  - friendly experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen
  AI) tools for visual production and design at scale.

Nice to Have

• Background in CRO and behavioral design (cognitive biases, persuasion patterns, visual hierarchy).
• Experience with UX analytics tools such as Hotjar or Clarity.
• Previous collaboration with experimentation and performance teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to enhance communication with developers.
