What you will do

• Collaborate in an Agile environment with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, researchers, product owners, security specialists, legal experts, and marketing teams.
• Write clear, accessible and
  - aligned copy that guides users through interfaces efficiently and intuitively.
• Adapt content for multiple products, ensuring consistency and coherence.
• Use plain language to simplify technical terms without compromising accuracy, making information accessible to all users.
• Apply UX Writing principles to improve usability, focusing on clear, concise and purposeful text that enhances the user experience.
• Critically evaluate writing solutions, understanding that not all challenges are solved with text alone.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX Writing or a related field (such as Design, Communication or Content Strategy), with a strong understanding of writing for interfaces.
• Knowledge of UX Writing best practices and the ability to implement clear and intuitive language.
• Flexibility to work across different products and adapt to changing project needs.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to justify writing choices and align expectations with stakeholders.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with large, multidisciplinary teams, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Understanding of plain language and accessible writing best practices.
