What you will do

• Design seamless,
  - centric digital experiences across web and mobile
  - commerce platforms
• Map and improve the
  -
  - end customer journey in a transactional retail environment
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and performant UX/UI solutions
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of design systems tailored for global
  - commerce
• Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to key user flows like product discovery, checkout, and
  - purchase
• Work closely with product managers, developers, digital marketers, and analytics teams
• Advocate for
  - informed design through A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics
• Contribute to sprint planning and collaborate within agile teams

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of UX/UI experience, with proven track record in
  - commerce or fashion/retail sectors
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce UX principles (navigation, filtering, PDP, cart, checkout, etc. )
• Experience with designing for conversion, personalization, and customer retention
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design for
  - traffic digital platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, personas, and customer journey mapping
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and interpreting user behavior through analytics
• Good grasp of content strategy and information architecture
• Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and motion design tools (e. g. After Effects)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Self-driven,
  - organized, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
