✨ What You’ll Do:

? Communicate with customers via calls, messages & chats (including urgent cases)

? Investigate & resolve claims related to property protection & liability

? Assess financial claims, fraud investigations & dispute resolutions

? Provide feedback on policy improvements & risk assessments

? Maintain accurate records and ensure data security

✅ What We’re Looking For:

? 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, fraud investigations, or dispute resolution

? Strong analytical &
- solving skills

? Excellent communication & empathy for handling complex cases

? Tech-savvy & adaptable to new digital platforms
