About the role

What will you be doing?

The main focus of this position will be analyzing and valuing hotel assets across all sectors, establishing a profound relationship with the local business lines and the European team.

• Analyzing performance across all types of real estate activity sectors, especially hotels.
• Gathering market information to support your analysis.
• Participating in the valuation of all kinds of properties, especially hotels.

What we need from you?

• Certified valuer within CMVM and/or RICS.
• Preferred hotel valuation background.
• Professional experience in valuation.
• Optimistic and innovative mindset.
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal – and fluency, both in Portuguese and in English.

It’s a team of seven specialists in Portugal who work closely with colleagues from other departments, as well as with European offices and clients.
