The opportunity

EY Strategy and Transactions provides services within the domain of mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, business modelling, due diligence, and financial consulting. Our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions.

Our Valuation, Modelling, Economics team helps clients understand the value of their business, securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, intangibles, and other assets. The team also provides financial and economic insights that are critical to strategic decision making.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in valuation and financial analyses, applying valuation theories and approaches.
• Research, gather, and analyze relevant information.
• Develop valuation and business models.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports for various purposes such as financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation.
• Analyze and present complex financial information, including financial models.
• Maintain communication with clients and coordinate junior consultants.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• University degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• 2-5 years of valuation and business modelling experience.
• Strong computer and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
• Fluency in English.
