The opportunity

EY Strategy and Transactions provides services within mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, business modelling, due diligence, and financial consulting. Our Valuation, Modelling, Economics team helps clients understand the value of their assets and provides critical financial insights for strategic decisions.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage project teams and work on a variety of assignments.
• Participate in valuation and financial analyses, applying valuation theories and approaches.
• Research, gather, and analyze relevant information.
• Develop valuation and business models.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports for various purposes.
• Analyze and present complex financial information.
• Maintain client communication and coordinate junior consultants.

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal presentation skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• University degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• At least 5 years of valuation and business modelling experience.
• Strong computer and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
• Fluency in English.
