Position : Value Stream Coordinator / PM

Job Description:

Manage the delivery of 3/4 value streams, monitor their progress, ensure plans are on track, and help remove obstacles. You will also be responsible for preparing and organizing a biweekly status report with progress, risks, and next steps.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily/weekly progress of assigned value streams.

Ensure alignment between business teams, technology, and stakeholders.

Identify blockages and support their resolution.

Prepare, organize, and facilitate biweekly status updates.

Create
- up documentation (roadmaps, trackers, reports).

Support the leads of each stream in prioritizing and clarifying actions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience in PM, Project Coordination, or similar roles.

Good communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Knowledge of agile methodologies is valued.

Autonomy and proactivity.

Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office).

Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
