Responsibilities

• Validate client data using in‑house software and confirm VAT amounts due with the support of Client Services Representatives & Senior Representatives.
• Create accurate VAT returns and supporting documentation for clients.
• Ensure all data is accurate and returns are submitted within strict deadlines.
• Interact directly with Sovos clients, providing service delivery and issue resolution while nurturing strong relationships.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate efficiently with specialist departments to meet all deadlines.
• Attend client meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain progress toward goals and key measures to align with desired business outcomes for clients.
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures based on established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of client service‑related experience; accounting or finance background is a strong plus.
• MS Office Excel proficiency (mandatory).
• Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and cross‑functionally.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
