We are looking for a VBA Developer – French Speaker to join one of our biggest clients, a leading international banking and financial services group with a strong presence in Europe.

Location: Offices in Lisbon (Hybrid) – Relocation to Portugal

What you will do:

• Respond promptly to user needs for perimeter applications.
• Organize and deliver training sessions for user requests.
• Follow up on IT and administrative incidents raised by users.
• Monitor accounting flows within the CRAC scope.
• Administer and evolve reporting tools.
• Propose productivity improvements and ensure quality system organization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk departments to enhance IS functionality.
• Provide expertise for projects (analysis, acceptance, training).
• Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools.

What you are like:

• Experience with VBA (Mandatory)
• Degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Advanced French and intermediate English (oral and written).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/Financial project management.
• Mandatory experience in administering relational database tools.
• Strong background as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts and processes.
• Client-focused with excellent customer care.
• Proactive, autonomous, and rigorous with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
