• Demonstrate availability for the customer by effectively organizing tasks according to peak customer flow/appointment slots;
• Provide personalized,
  -
  - face service of maximum quality, establishing relationship foundations and following up with the customer during the initial phase of their journey (up to closing the sale);
• Ensure the development of budgets and guarantee their regular
  - up, meeting the expected service level and proactively contributing to closing the sale;
• Apply sales techniques in the field, guiding the customer towards complete solutions (multi-selection, whenever necessary) of complementary products, dual success, and associated services;
• Know the trends, competition, and relevant suppliers, detecting and communicating needs for products/services not available;
• Plan and execute
  - up and analysis of concrete actions to achieve the objectives set in the commercial plan, including mapping and identifying new business opportunities and managing the customer portfolio to increase LTV (Lifetime Value);
• Monitor, together with your Manager, the business evolution and the achievement of strategic objectives, defining and driving commercial strategies.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of professional sales experience, excellent communication, influence, and information management skills, along with organizational capacity, initiative, dynamism, and proactivity. Interpersonal skills and team spirit are also valued.
