Key Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers in the showroom, providing friendly, personalized service focused on the customer experience.
• Clearly present our products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Prepare budgets, close sales, and follow up
  - sale.
• Maintain an organized and attractive showroom aligned with brand standards.
• Visit clients in the Greater Lisbon and Algarve areas, promoting products and reinforcing the brand image.
• Manage customer portfolios and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets, with weekly reporting of results.
• Support administrative processes such as order issuance, sales recording, and CRM updates.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Portugal and abroad.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and commercial skills.
• Proactive, organized, and
  - oriented.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, presentations, and CRM tools.
• Motivated to achieve goals and grow within the company.
• Experience or interest in the fashion sector.
