Role Overview:

The VP of Commercial will lead Zoop’s revenue strategy, building partnerships with brands, agencies, and creators to unlock monetization opportunities. This role combines strategic leadership with
- on execution, ensuring sustainable revenue streams across ad sales, partnerships, and platform monetization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Zoop’s commercial strategy, focusing on ad revenue sharing and creator monetization models.
• Build strategic partnerships with agencies, media networks, and brands to secure advertising and sponsorship deals.
• Develop scalable pricing models for ad inventory, premium features, and creator shop offerings.
• Oversee implementation of
  - sharing mechanics for creators and fans (48% to creators, 32% to fans).
• Lead

  - market initiatives for new monetization products such as Creator Shops,
  - based gamification, and NFT experiences.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with advertising and revenue regulations.
• Manage a
  - performing commercial team, aligning KPIs with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within digital media, social platforms, or ad tech.
• Strong network of contacts across brands, agencies, and entertainment/media verticals.
• Proven track record in building revenue streams from scratch and scaling monetization for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Web3 monetization models (staking, token rewards) preferred.
