Your responsibilities

• Review content (videos, images, text, audio) in accordance with platform policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and appeals.
• Ensure user and brand safety through accurate and responsible moderation.
• Work on a 24/7 shift rotation.

⚠ Please note: this role involves extensive exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar material, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory).
• Fluent French speaker with good English skills.
• Interest in social media and online trends.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Motivated, committed, and a reliable team player.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts (24/7).
• Salary:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
  • Training period (10 days): 50% of hourly wages.
