Your responsibilities Review videos, images, texts and audio in line with company policies

Respond to user inquiries regarding Trust and Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals

Ensure user and brand safety at all times

Provide services on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Your profile EU citizenship or valid work permit or residency card required

Fluent level of French and good command of English

Strong interest in social media and digital trends

Motivation and commitment to your work

Excellent communication and listening skills

Team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Working conditions Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually

Full-time position of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations

Compensation and benefits With accommodation: 1040 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included

Without accommodation: 1240 € gross per month

For international candidates Reimbursement of flight costs after 9 months

Airport pickup upon arrival

Annual return flight to your home country within the EU

Assistance with paperwork and bank account setup

Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events

Training period Paid training of 10 days

Compensation during training: 50% of hourly wage with reduced taxes
