Your responsibilities Review content (videos, images, text, audio) in accordance with platform policies.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and appeals.

Ensure user and brand safety through accurate and responsible moderation.

Work on a 24/7 shift rotation.

⚠ Please note: this role involves extensive exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar material, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Your profile EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory).

Fluent French speaker with good English skills.

Interest in social media and online trends.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Motivated, committed, and a reliable team player.

Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.

What’s in it for you? Contract : Long-term

Working hours : Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts (24/7).

Salary :

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.

Training period (10 days): 50% of hourly wages.

Relocation package Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
