Position : Video Content Analyst

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type : Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review user reports regarding video content on a shopping platform
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving disturbing subject matter
• Remove inappropriate content
• Make
  - balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native / Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Able to cover shift rotation (no night shifts!)
• Tolerance sensitive content
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
• No previous experience in contact center required

• Shifts on weekly rotation, on Sunday 09 AM- 6 PM. 40 hours work per week
