Overview

We are looking for Video Content Analysts to join our team and help review online advertisements within a leading streaming service platform. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with guidelines and removing inappropriate content, making the platform a safer place for users.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate advertisements based on project guidelines.
• Ensure content complies with local regulations.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or
  - compliant content.
• Work efficiently within a shifting schedule in a
  - paced environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required (up to 12 months in Content Moderation is a plus).
• 24/7 availability (rotating shifts).
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict guidelines.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: 15. 260 euros
• Annual Language Bonus: 3. 240 euros
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 per workday (paid via meal card, net amount)
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of gross annual base salary

Contract & Relocation

• Contract Type: 2-month training agreement + 1-year FTC (30-day probation).
