Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Review user reports regarding website content
2. Analyze and identify
   - compliant content and flag for action promptly
3. Make balanced decisions and resolve inquiries according to policies and procedures
4. Use

5. Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material
6. Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and B2 level of English
7. Availability to work in shifts and on weekends
8. Reside near the Greater Lisbon area
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Quick learner, adaptable to new processes and skills
11. Maintain a neutral mindset towards diverse video content
