Video Content Analyst – Russian

Job location: Lisbon, Portugal

Shift: Rotational 24/7, availability required for office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools.
• Analyze and identify content that is
  - compliant with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.
• Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and maintain high quality standards.
• Continuously educate personnel about policy and protocol changes.
• Address complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members on initiatives to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Russian language at minimum C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Availability to work 24/7 shifts from the office, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick learning and organizational skills with adaptability to new processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Neutral mindset towards alternative video content that requires classification.
• Ability to review content that may be deemed inappropriate or containing sensitive and explicit material, including graphic, discriminatory or disturbing subjects on text or video formats.
