We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in Turkish at minimum C1 level and in English at B2 level
• Availability to work on a 24/7 shift (including weekends) from the office
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learning ability and organizational skills, with adaptability to new processes and concepts
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and high standards
• A neutral mindset towards diverse video content requiring classification
• Ability to review content that may be inappropriate or contain sensitive, explicit, graphic, discriminatory, or disturbing material in text or video formats
• Valid work permit

The Focus Of The Role Will Be To

• Review and process incoming privacy requests via online tools
• Analyze and identify
  - compliant content and flag for action promptly
• Review reported content within set turnaround times and quality standards
• Stay updated on policy and protocol changes
• Handle complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to improve internal efficiency

Content Moderators play a vital role in ensuring online community safety by managing harmful
- generated content. This role involves reviewing explicit, graphic, or disturbing content, which can be challenging but rewarding as it helps create safe, inclusive online environments.
