Job Description:
German Speaking Content Moderator or Customer support
Project: Popular Streaming Service Platform
Review online videos within a streaming service platform. This role involves the removal of inappropriate content to ensure a safe experience for users and the community. You will be the first person to see top content and make sure our community is getting the right content.
Work Hours and Shifts:
- Shifts rotate monthly: 08:00 to 17:00, 14:00 to 23:00, and 23:00 to 08:00.
- Night shifts (23:00 to 07:00) include a 25% wage surplus.
- Breaks include a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
Total salary received per month of: Euros 1, 876. 60
Based on following breakdown -
- Yearly base salary: €15, 260 gross
- Yearly transportation bonus: €720
- Yearly language bonus: €3, 240
- Yearly performance bonus: 5% of annual base salary
- Meal allowance: €7. 63 per workday, paid in meal card
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user flagging reports regarding website content.
- Stay informed about client policies and guidelines.
- Identify and flag content that does not comply with guidelines in a timely manner.
- Ensure content review meets agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues that fall outside established policies.
- Utilize
- specific knowledge to improve user community support. - Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Review online videos within the streaming service.
- Remove inappropriate content.
- Handle sensitive content such as hate speech, harassment, violence, and nudity.
- Ensure a safe experience for users of the application and community.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented.
- C2 level German and B2 English.
- Eager to grow within the company.
Relocation Support:
- Support to obtain Portuguese NIF and NISS.
- Assistance in finding housing options according to the candidate's needs.
Transportation:
Shuttle service with the following routes:
Shuttles depart one hour before the shift start time (e. g. , for an 08:00 shift, the shuttle departs at 07:00).

Holidays:
