Responsibilities

1. Review various types of content (videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
2. Handle customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals.
3. Collaborate with Byte
   Dance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
4. Provide services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Requirements

1. Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
2. Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit.
3. A passion for watching videos.
