Video Content Reviewer (Hebrew and English)

Job Description

Join a team committed to inspiring creativity and spreading joy as a Content Moderator! In this role, you’ll ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and moderating
- generated content.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing various types of content (videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
2. Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals.
3. Collaborating with Byte
   Dance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand.
4. Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
2. Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit.
3. A passion for watching videos.
