Bar Ogilvy is looking for a Video Editor/Content Creator - someone who lives on Tik
Tok and Instagram, who breathes trends, formats, sounds, transitions, and vertical storytelling.

Someone who’s fluent in Premiere and After Effects, who uses their phone like a full production studio, understands lighting, mics, quick setups, and isn’t afraid to test ideas.

What you'll do :

• Create native videos for Tik
  Tok, Instagram Reels, and You
  Tube Shorts.
• Film, edit, ideate, and execute - all in social formats.
• Build narratives, hooks, and unique formats for brands.
• Shoot content in studio, outdoors, at events - wherever needed.
• Prepare simple setups: lighting, mic, phone, tripod, stabilizer.
• Work with the creative team (copy + design) to elevate ideas.
• Adapt content across different platforms.
• Stay constantly connected to trends.
• Create content that feels organic… even when it’s for brands.

What we’re looking for :

#1 - Someone who lives on Tik
Tok + Instagram Reels

#2 - Able to create native, fast, dynamic videos with storytelling

Someone who could easily be an influencer… or has even been a ghost creator for someone.

#3 - Strong digital culture: trends, memes, formats,
- communities

#4 - Knows how to shoot with an i
Phone (or similar) and get the most out of it

Understands lighting setups, microphones, stabilizers, and simple production setups.
