Med. IQ is expanding our search for freelance videographers to record a series of testimonial videos with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The recordings will take place during major medical congresses in Europe and the United States.

The focus is on creating a professional interview set to capture
- quality testimonials, not on covering the event itself.

Locations of Interest:

We are looking for local professionals or those with easy access to the following cities:

Europe:

• Lisbon (Portugal)
• Madrid (Spain)
• Berlin (Germany)
• Barcelona (Spain)
• Paris (France)
• Lugano (Switzerland)
• Milan (Italy)

Project Details & Scope of Work:

• Objective:
  
  To set up a recording station and film testimonials/interviews with medical specialists.
• Contract:
  
  The job will be paid on a daily rate (based on an approx. 8-hour workday).
• Responsibilities:
  
  Set up camera, lighting, and sound equipment in a designated location (e. G. , hotel room, booth), professionally frame the scene, and operate the equipment during the interviews.

Technical Requirements (Own Equipment Mandatory):

1. Camera:
   
   

• 1 or 2 cameras with 4K recording capability. The use of two cameras (an A-cam for the main shot and a B-cam for a detail/second angle) is a significant advantage.
• High-quality lenses (preferably with a wide aperture to achieve a shallow depth of field).

1. Lighting:
   
   

• A professional 3-point lighting kit (key, fill, and back light) to create a
  - lit, cinematic interview environment.

1. Audio:
   
   

• A professional lavalier microphone (wired or wireless) to ensure the best audio quality from the interviewee.
• An external audio recorder is desirable.

Deliverables:

• Delivery of all raw material (video and audio files) on an external hard drive or via online transfer within 24 hours after the end of the recording day.
