This Innovation and Operational Excellence Department aims to foster the organisation's ability to adapt to new contexts and strengthen its position in the face of challenges that arise along the way, without losing its identity. Innovation and transformation are a continuous process aimed at the company's sustainability and success. The aim is to foster the identification, updating, dissemination and continuous improvement of the company's processes, aligning them with the needs of the business, operational requirements and the group's vision. Its responsibilities also include developing remote sales channels with Novobanco, as well as promoting a culture focused on customer satisfaction by monitoring the customer experience and managing complaints.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the efficiency optimisation programme at Mudum
• Process design and analysis of improvement opportunities
• Support in conducting workshops and documenting meetings
• Study and analysis of the impact of changes in process execution
