‍‍ As a Virtual Desktop Technical Capability and Delivery Service specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:

Contribute to the development and implementation of virtual desktop and application hosting solutions tailored to meet both local and global needs.

Create business cases for selecting the appropriate desktop platforms for local and global clientele.

Align project proposals with the global strategy, ensuring they are optimized for
- user performance.

Provide expert guidance, support, and consulting to technical specialists within the team.

Collaborate with other groups and third parties to maintain
- edge technical knowledge and stay updated with internal strategies and vendor technologies.

Manage technical debt and develop mitigation solutions.

Plan and execute technical rollouts within agreed timescales.

Ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Offer
- line support according to SLA and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Achieve targeted cost reductions within specified periods.

Automate processes for timely and accurate reporting.

Document and share consultancy evidence with operational company teams through minuted meetings and shared project proposals.

Keep abreast of technical developments by attending courses, maintaining consultancy qualifications, and participating in vendor days and product presentations.

About You

You are the ideal candidate if you:

Have expert knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, including Citrix Xen Desktop and Citrix Cloud solutions.

Possess a deep understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server environments (2012R2-2022).

Are skilled in solution design and performance enhancement.

Are proficient in English at a bilingual level.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous technical and professional development.
