Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

Visual Content Designer will be responsible for designing and producing
- optimized graphics and
- form videos, collaborating with the digital team to create engaging visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce
  - optimised graphics and
  - form videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik
  Tok, Linked
  In, You
  Tube)
• Collaborate with the digital team to translate campaign briefs into
  - stopping visuals
• Support in the development of printed collateral: brochures, posters, signage and event materials
• Maintain and update our asset library, including source files, templates and brand guidelines
• Adapt static designs into animated formats (e. g. GIFs, reels, stories) using After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ professional experience in graphic or multimedia design, with a strong focus on digital/social content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In
  Design) and
  - graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Solid understanding of
  - media format requirements, resolution and aspect ratios
• A keen eye for typography, colour theory and composition, with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and iterate quickly
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese native or fluent
• Portfolio showcasing both static and animated work, including
  - media pieces and print collateral
