HUGO BOSS is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandiser in Portugal, covering the regions of Algarve, Lisbon, and Porto.

About the Role

• Permanent contract, 40 hours/week.
• Availability to travel across Portugal and occasionally to Madrid.
• Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a premium retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.
• Implement window displays and
  - store installations according to corporate standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the corporate VM team to plan and execute visual strategies.
• Conduct and participate in visual merchandising training sessions for team development.
• Provide feedback on local and other retail markets.
• Visit points of sale weekly across Portugal.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience demonstrating capability as a VM.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of business systems and technology.
• Based in Lisbon with full availability to travel.
• Fluent in English (C1) and native Portuguese; Spanish is highly valued.
• Possession of a driver’s license.
