We are looking for a passionate and experienced Requirements Management and ALM Consultant to join our North American team. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise clients to implement and optimize Visure’s ALM platform, ensuring alignment with their engineering and regulatory processes. You will act as a strategic advisor, trainer, and
- on configuration expert.
This is a
- facing role requiring a strong blend of systems engineering knowledge, project implementation skills, and customer communication
Client Engagement & Consulting
Serve as the primary consultant for North American customers, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Visure’s platform.
Lead workshops to capture requirements management and systems engineering workflows.
Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions using Visure Requirements.
Implementation & Integration
Configure and customize the Visure platform, including user workflows, traceability matrices, templates, and dashboards.
Integrate Visure Requirements with
- party tools (e. g. , Jira, IBM DOORS, Azure Dev
Ops, and others) using standard connectors and custom integrations.
Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
Training & Enablement
Conduct training sessions (mostly remote) for client engineering teams on Visure’s capabilities and best practices.
Create
- specific training materials, user documentation, and solution architecture guidelines.
Support & Success Management
Support customers during evaluation, pilot, and
- deployment phases.
Provide ongoing technical support in collaboration with the support team.
Promote customer adoption and expansion through proactive communication and expertise.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering or ALM tool consulting (e. g. , Visure, DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Helix RM).
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and standards (e. g. , ISO 26262, DO-178C, ARP4754A, IEC 62304).
- Experience in configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency with requirements modeling, traceability, and version control concepts.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Visure Requirements ALM platform.
- Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e. g. , INCOSE guidelines).
- Experience working with clients in regulated industries.
- Scripting experience with Python for tool customization.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
