Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a
Voice Core Engineer to join our team, in a telecommunications project!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Operate, configure, and maintain IMS/CS voice core network nodes;
  
• Analyze and troubleshoot Vo
  LTE/IMS call flows and procedures;
  
• Manage subscriber profiles and parameters in HSS/HLR, understanding their impact on service behavior;
  
• Work with Vo
  LTE-related protocols for call and service troubleshooting;
  
• Ensure correct integration and operation of Vo
  LTE/Vo
  Wifi solutions, based on architecture and functional design;
  
• Support signaling elements (DRA, STP), databases (HSS, HLR, Cu
  DB), and features like ENUM and Number Portability.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Voice Core network (IMS/CS) 3-year experienced engineer;
  
• Experience working with IMS Voice/Vo
  LTE core nodes such as SBC,
  - CSCF, TAS (MMTel-AS, SCC-AS, IP-SM-GW, IM-SSF), BGCF, MGCF, and MRF;
  
• Experience working with CS Voice/Vo
  LTE core nodes such as: MGW, MSC, MGCF, IM-MGW;
  
• Experience analyzing IMS
  - related flows and procedures (e. g. , Vo
  LTE-Vo
  LTE call, T-ADS, Homing, Break-in call, Break-out call);
  
• Knowledge of the parameters that compose the subscriber’s profile in HSS/HLR and their impacts on the network behavior;
  
• Comfortable with Vo
  LTE-related protocols (e. g. , SIP, Diameter, DNS, H248, Camel, RTP/RTCP);
  
• Comfortable with Vo
  LTE/Vo
  Wifi concepts and architecture;
  
• Preferable: experience with HSS, HLR and Cu
  DB;
  
• Preferable: experience with signaling transfer elements (e. g. , DRA, STP)
  
• Preferable: experience with DNS/ENUM and Number Portability (NP);
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English).
  

Complementary Requirements:

• Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering BSc or MSc degree;
  
• Certifications from Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or Cisco are a plus;
  
• Customer facing experience in Telecom operators;
  
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the responsibilities;
  
• Good team player and with highly proactive skills.
