The Difference You Will Make

As our new VP Audio Platforms, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our broadcast and digital platforms. You’ll drive innovation, shape our AI and digital strategies, and ensure our technology keeps us at the forefront of the media industry in Portugal and across Europe. Your Role

You will lead and inspire a team of technology professionals, overseeing all aspects of Technology, broadcast, and digital platform management.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Defining and implementing technology and digital strategies aligned with business goals and wider international tech strategy.
• Leading change management and transformation initiatives.
• Ensuring the security, efficiency, and innovation of IT and broadcast systems.
• Managing budgets, workflows, and performance indicators.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing Portugal as part of the group/international tech team.
• Driving AI strategy and digital development.

The Skills You Will Bring

• Proven leadership experience (minimum 3–5 years in management roles, 10+ years professional experience).
• Strong technical knowledge in software development and media.
• Experience in change management and transformation.
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in the media sector (broadcast/audio/video) is a plus.
• Passion for AI, innovation, and digital transformation.

Working Pattern/Location

Hybrid role based in Lisbon (1 remote day per week between Tuesday and Thursday).
