Responsibilities

• Lead the global real estate strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational needs.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of offices, labs, and data centers, optimizing asset performance across regions.
• Enable in‑person collaboration vision and support hybrid work culture.
• Oversee real estate projects, leading new developments and ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Act on real estate transactions and develop strong external partnerships.
• Champion sustainability, safety, and efficiency across all facilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate real estate services with broader corporate operations.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong external partnerships.
• Lead and develop a global team of real estate professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Skills and Experience

• Extensive global experience in real estate and facilities management, with leadership roles in multinational companies.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of managing complex leases, negotiations, and high‑value projects across diverse global markets.
• Expertise in project and program management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on real estate and asset management matters.

Preferred

• Experience in tech infrastructure real estate, including labs and cloud environments.
• Financial acumen and ability to maximize ROI on investments.
• Experience implementing innovative workplace strategies, including solutions for hybrid and remote work models.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and strategies.
