Usercentrics is seeking a VP of Demand Generation to spearhead our EMEA acquisition and pipeline growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be pivotal in driving measurable revenue impact across

- on operator, shaping scalable growth playbooks while leading a
- performing team.
Your Tasks
- Drive new ARR generation across
- serve and assisted sales channels by scaling and optimizing our
- channel acquisition (Search, Paid Social, You
Tube, Affiliates, ABM, Events, Partner Marketing) and lead pipeline generation and acceleration programs. - Develop scalable, repeatable growth playbooks in collaboration with other GTM leaders.
- Build, lead, and mentor a
- performing team, including data & performance content experts. - Ensure
- led optimization across all channels. Empower the team to leverage the latest technologies, such as AI agents, Value-Based bidding with predictive models to improve CAC, CAC:Payback, LTV, and conversion rates. - Establish measurement frameworks and ensure accurate reporting of marketing KPIs (Signups, PQLs, Premiums, MQL, SQL, ARR).
- Partner with Sales operations and Web Experience teams to optimize funnel processes, data flows, and attribution.
- Collaborate
- functionally with Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, BI, and HR, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. - Continuously refine our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, Dream
Data, Supermetrics, automation tools). - Contribute to overall company strategy through ideas, insights and creativity. Provide actionable intelligence on marketing performance and operations, conversion rates, funnel performance and other KPIs on a consistent and recurring basis (trends, fundamentals, analysis).
You Bring
- 8+ years of experience, and at least proven experience leading Demand Generation teams for growing B2B/Saa
S companies with a mix of
- serve and assisted sales. Demonstrated success in supporting
- market efforts, complex marketing campaigns, and a team approach to selling for direct sales and
- based. Full proficiency working with CRM stacks (Salesforce/Pardot) and Hands-on expertise with performance acquisition channels and managing budgets above 10M yearly is highly desirable. - Analytical, you are a master of numbers and proactively slice and dice data in multiple ways to detect conclusive patterns. You are always asking questions and are never satisfied till you receive answers. You know that data is crucial and that it is through stories and examples that people understand and change behaviors.
