About The Role
You’ll lead our entire engineering organization, overseeing backend, frontend, data, Dev
Ops, and AI agent development. From roadmap execution to team scaling, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑impact technical initiatives and ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future‑ready.
Key Leadership Areas
- Technical Team Management – Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Data, AI/ML). Scale engineering capacity support company growth. Define best practices, code standards, and development processes. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
- Full‑Stack Technology Oversight – Data infrastructure, integrations & APIs, frontend, AI agents, Dev
Ops. - Project Management & Delivery – Define & execute roadmaps, manage timelines, resources, and delivery milestones; implement agile methodologies; coordinate cross‑team dependencies; ensure quality through testing and code review; balance technical debt with feature development.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on technical strategy; translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; make architectural decisions for performance and maintainability; evaluate and adopt new technologies; drive innovation while ensuring system reliability and security.
- Monitor KPIs for velocity, quality, and system performance; implement tracking systems; manage technical risks and mitigation strategies; coordinate release planning and rollback procedures; ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Build and onboard high‑performing engineering teams; provide mentorship and career growth opportunities; promote collaboration across product and business teams; foster knowledge sharing and documentation practices; establish feedback loops and communication channels.
- Communicate progress and challenges to executive leadership; align expectations with product and business stakeholders; coordinate with external vendors and partners; present technical roadmaps to board and investors; represent engineering in strategic planning discussions.
Required Technical Background

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in AI/ML product development and agent systems.
- Background in data‑intensive applications and scraping.
- Familiarity with GDPR and European data regulations.

S, or customer support tech. - Multilingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish) for global expansion.
