We are in search of a VP of Hardware Engineering to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role,
- 'll play a crucial role in leading our hardware engineering team and driving technological excellence at Bloq. it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the hardware engineering team to deliver
  - quality and innovative hardware solutions;
• Develop and execute strategies to meet hardware development goals and support business growth;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions;
• Drive technical innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and trends in hardware design and manufacturing;
• Ensure the hardware engineering team follows best practices, development standards, and compliance requirements;
• Provide technical leadership to solve complex hardware engineering challenges;
• Contribute to the overall business strategy and product roadmap as a key member of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Vast experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience as a Founder or
  - up CTO, implementing and developing a Hardware setup from scratch;
• Proven experience in leading and managing large hardware engineering teams;
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex hardware products from concept to production;
• Strong understanding of hardware development processes, methodologies, tools, manufacturing processes and best practices;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams;
• Proven ability to drive technical innovation and adapt to emerging technologies;
• Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry is a plus.
