About the role
We are in search of a strategic VP of Product to lead our product team and elevate our Mar
Tech product portfolio to the next level. As VP of Product, you’ll own the vision to unify our products, lead with AI, and unlock the next wave of growth and market leadership. The role reports to the CEO and will work closely with various stakeholders on the executive leadership team.
As the VP of Product, you will collaborate with a talented group of product managers and designers:
- Team of 6 product experts, all operating at the middle+ and senior level.
- Cross-functional teams with quarterly OKRs, aligned with the business goals.
- Teams deliver independently, increasing expertise in the product streams.

- AI Agents Marketplace: On top of this platform, you will spearhead the development of Iris as a marketplace of AI agents designed for performance marketing use cases.
- Business Expansion: This consolidation and transformation are critical to increase competitiveness in our current segments, double our average contract value, and significantly grow market share. With your strategy, the product organization should enable business expansion by 2–3x over the next few years.

What you’ll be doing
- Portfolio Consolidation: Bring order to our current product and AI portfolio by consolidating existing initiatives into a coherent strategy with clear positioning, pricing, and GTM alignment.
- Platform Building: Lead the transformation of our products into a unified performance marketing platform with a consolidated tech stack, catalog, and monetization model.
- AI Marketplace: Drive the development of Iris into a marketplace of AI agents that solve diverse performance marketing challenges and open new revenue streams.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that directly support business expansion (x2–x3) by increasing ACV, enabling
- sell/up-sell, and supporting GTM execution in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. - Long-Term Roadmap: Lay down a strategic roadmap for innovation and expansion, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit top talent, manage a team of product managers/designers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, market strategy, and customer impact.
- Metrics-Driven Execution: Make
- driven decisions and ensure product strategies directly support revenue growth, retention, and customer value. - Market Insight: Stay ahead of Mar
Tech and AI trends, ensuring Split
Metrics leads in applying AI agents,
- based solutions, and automation to performance marketing.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in building B2B Saa
S products for Mid and Enterprise markets. Proven experience in launching new or transforming existing B2B Saa
S products. - Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to active users, ideally including AI agents, conversational AI, or applied AI.
- An additional advantage would be having experience in the marketing industry.
- Strategic but not only - ready to get your hands dirty to make sure products stay on target. Hands-on attitude, someone who talks with customers.
- The heart of the company, someone who brings together different teams to achieve business goals, fosters transparent communication, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Experience in leadership and proven "Manager of managers" experience with the ability to optimize team performance and ensure their growth.
- Experience in formulating, communicating, and executing different product strategies, including core product strategy, Product-Market Fit expansion strategy, growth, and monetization strategy.
- Proficient in constructing, overseeing, and refining critical phases of the user experience journey, including activation, retention, and expansion.
- Seasoned in customer development techniques and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in remote/distributed environments
- Fluent writing and oral communication in English (C1+)
