Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and
- focused
Vice President of Product Managementto lead ourindustry strategyfor a
- generation, AI-powered
ERP platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of theservices industries—including professional services, public sector, and other verticals—are deeply embedded into our product roadmap and delivery.

You will work in close partnership with the
VP of Products, who owns horizontal product capabilities, to ensure
-
- end industry and geographic requirementsare fully supported across the platform.

You will lead a team of
Product Directors and their teamsand collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, services and
-
- market teams to deliver modern, intelligent, and scalable financial solutions. Bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Product Strategy

• Define and drive
  - specific product strategyfor
  - based verticals, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate industry insights and best practices into product requirements that inform platform capabilities, workflows, and user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with field team members including sales, services and more to understand the nuances of regulatory policies in each geography serviced and to translate those into prioritized product requirements
• Partner with the VP of Products to align vertical and horizontal product strategies, ensuring seamless integration of
  - specific features into the core ERP platform.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support
  -
  - market efforts and customer adoption in our focus geographies and veriticals.
• Champion the use of
  AI and automationto augment
  - making, streamline operations, and deliver predictive insights across
  - specific use cases (e. g. , project forecasting, resource planning, compliance).

Global Market Alignment

• Ensure that industry solutions are tailored to meet the needs ofkey geographies, with a strong focus on
  European market requirements
• Support localization and configuration strategies that enable scalable deployment across diverse markets.
• Lead a team of
  - focused product specialists to deliver
  - impact features and capabilities.
• Be the voice of industry product strategy to the company with a clearly articulated plan for end to end support and differentiated solutions for each of our chosen markets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven success in building ERP or enterprise Saa
  S solutions for
  - based industries.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise software.
• Deep familiarity with
  European market dynamics, including localization, compliance, and regional buyer personas.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation), or
  - heavy workflows.
• Experience with
  - native ERP platforms
• Background in scaling product organizations and launching AI-driven features
