About Us

Olivia Hotel will open its doors in November 2025 as an exclusive 5-star hotel in Portugal. Inspired by the Spanish essence of its origins, we offer our guests impeccable service, a cosmopolitan atmosphere and a unique gastronomic proposal: a delicatessen restaurant with signature tapas, accompanied by a careful selection of wines and cavas from the renowned Mastinell winery.

We are looking for professional waiters who want to be part of an international and demanding project, where excellence in service and passion for gastronomy are lived every day.

Your responsibilities

• To offer an attentive, elegant and personalized service to our customers.
• Advise on tapas, pairings and wines from our Mastinell winery.
• Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen team to ensure a flawless experience.
• Maintain the quality standards of a 5-star hotel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in
  - end hospitality (hotels, gourmet restaurants or fine dining).
• Passion for service and Spanish gastronomy.
• Level of English (essential). Other languages will be valued.
• Professional, proactive and
  - oriented attitude.
