Your Purpose

As Warehouse Manager, you ensure that every product, movement, and process flows with accuracy and intention. You lead the daily operation of our Hub, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and sustainability while supporting all business units with timely, reliable logistics.

Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and support the warehouse crew to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
• Plan schedules, manage workload distribution, and promote continuous development.
• Foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory controls.
• Maintain an efficient and organized warehouse layout and workflow.
• Uphold product handling standards that reflect JNc
  QUOI’s excellence.
• Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, hygiene rules, and internal policies.
• Manage equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, retail, F&B, and operational teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to enhance productivity and reliability.
• Promote environmentally conscious storage and
  - reduction practices.
• Support initiatives that align with the group’s sustainability goals.
