Job Description

Role Objective

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast‑paced technological company. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the storage, movement, and control of materials, ensuring operational excellence and supporting our production and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods (raw materials and components).
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of materials in designated warehouse zones.
• Maintain warehouse organization and product integrity, reporting any anomalies or non‑conformities.
• Propose improvements to warehouse workflows and logistics aligned with tech‑driven efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute goods to internal departments and external partners.
• Track all material movements, acting as the sole point of accountability for issuing items.
• Generate transport documentation and ensure compliance with shipping protocols.

Specific Tasks

• Lead quarterly inventory audits of stock and fixed assets.
• Monitor minimum stock levels of raw materials across all business units.
• Maintain a permanent and up‑to‑date inventory using ERP systems.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or technical course in Electronics.
• At least 2 years of experience in electronics or IT‑related industries.
• Proficient in computer systems and ERP platforms (user‑level).
