Responsibilities
What you can look forward to:
In the department, we manage a highly automated process of receiving, processing, and deciding warranty claims from
- sales partners, including workshops across global locations. Our dedicated team focuses on checking
- priority and exceptional warranty cases, continuously advancing and further automating processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and
- focused resolution of warranty claims, thereby contributing significantly to a positive customer experience.
Key activities
- Process warranty claims for commercial vehicles
- Interact directly with
- sales partners including workshops from all over the world on resolution of specific warranty claims as well as resolution of recurring issues - Decide on claim resolutions and mitigations in accordance with technical and factual correctness, guidelines, laws and contractual conditions
- Act as interface to our system experts, identifying needs for process improvement and further automation of the processes
- Participate in projects related to process improvement and system enhancements
What we are looking for:
- Apprenticeship as a car mechanic / car mechatronic technician / master craftsman or completed studies with a focus on automotive engineering
- Practical experience in the field of (commercial) vehicle engineering and funded knowledge of workshop and repair processes
- Experienced SAP skills and in AS400 Applications as well as very good MS Office skills
- Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues, additional language, especially
- German beneficial
- Independent, structured and cooperative way of working
- Excellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience
