Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a new opportunity in Lisbon? We're looking for motivated Customer Support Agents fluent in Spanish (native or bilingual) with good command of English (minimum B1) to join our team!
? What we're looking for:
Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory)
English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
Completed secondary education
Previous experience in contact center/customer support (valued)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Team spirit and
- focused mindset
Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable)
? ? Your responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via phone, email or chat
Clarify doubts and resolve issues efficiently
Accurately log all interactions in the system
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
