Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Clarify doubts and resolve issues efficiently
• Accurately log all interactions in the system
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory)
• English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
• Completed secondary education
• Previous experience in contact center/customer support (valued)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Team spirit and
  - focused mindset
• Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable)
