Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Clarify doubts and resolve issues efficiently
- Accurately log all interactions in the system
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory)
- English level B1 minimum (mandatory)
- Completed secondary education
- Previous experience in contact center/customer support (valued)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Team spirit and
- focused mindset - Availability for rotating shifts (if applicable)
