About The Job

The Cash Transfers Senior Officer is responsible for processing and validating cash transfers according to client instructions for Wealth Management (WM) clients based in Switzerland and Germany.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client cash instructions (incoming and outgoing).
• Perform
  - level controls of operations.
• Handle standing orders, direct debits, and prepaid cards.
• Follow market guidelines and perform coherence checks on payment messages before releasing to avoid delays.
• Provide quality service to clients.
• Conduct
  - depth analysis for complex cases and claims.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with clients, banks, counterparties, and custodians.
• Process requests according to established procedures.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of payments respecting
  - off times.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, inspections, incidents, and train newcomers under supervision.

Profile and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Financial Operations.
• Knowledge of operational controls and processes.
• Understanding of Transversal Financial Markets.
• Knowledge of payment methods (SWIFT, SEPA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Analytical skills.
