Wealth Management Securities Transfers Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks of the Securities Transfers Team
• Ensure critical documentation is received from transfer requestors (RM/FO/MO/internal teams)
• Control if the necessary requirements are available to process the transfer/s
• Prioritize and manage risk considering dates, amounts and client classification, market rules, and
  - offs
• Pro‑actively manage and follow up settlement of files/dossiers/instruments and anticipate any potential constraint
• Ensure correct bookings on the client portfolio with minimum error/reversal rate
• Properly liaise/resolution of cases with the Reconciliation team
• Quickly answer stakeholders' emails, maintaining polite relations, respectful and effective communication
• Use the reconciliation tool daily to track pending operations and act when needed based on tool's info
• Manage personal and shared mailbox to answer any query in a timely manner
• Ensure daily tasks are managed in due time
• Control activity allocation, perform rigorously according to procedures
• Manage breaks and identify them with detailed and accurate justification
• Keep all evidence in the proper folders, available for permanent control
• Reconcile securities positions with internal extractions
• Justify cash/stock outstanding and take necessary actions on time to close them

Qualifications

• Academic background in Economy, Finance, Management or related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in Securities Back‑Office activities
• Orientation and enthusiasm for the financial culture
• Fluency in English
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
• Reactiveness, organization skills and ability to manage priorities
• Sense of risk
• Client orientation
• Strong resistance to stress and orientation to dynamic environments
• Rigorous, autonomous and eager to learn and teach attitude
