Your Main Activities Are

• Being part of the Securities Transfers Team, you are required to manage the daily activities, including but not limited to:
• Supervising and supporting the team and activity
• Ensuring proper task allocation among team members
• Ensuring controls under the Team Leader's responsibility are performed correctly
• Supervising activity controls and recording evidence
• Serving as the primary contact for management needs and managing escalations
• Handling daily internal client requests and managing urgent/critical escalations
• Being a key contact for system developments impacting the activity
• Assisting the Team Manager with periodic management reports
• Supervising mailbox
  - up for the team and oneself
• Providing feedback on team performance and expertise during meetings
• Supervising and reporting KPIs, KSPs, and Service Review data
• Participating in budget preparation by providing necessary data

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Assertiveness, teamwork, and active listening abilities
• Adaptability and change management mindset
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
