Job Overview

You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust tracking solutions, ensuring data quality, and collaborating closely with Digital Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed tracking specifications and ensure their accurate implementation.
• Manage and configure tag management systems and implement tracking solutions across web platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital Analysts to
  - create tracking concepts and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous QA processes and automated testing frameworks.
• Provide enablement and support to stakeholders to understand data capture processes, troubleshoot issues, and define testing plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including implementation instructions, tag manager configurations, and test plans.
• Provide feedback on business value of analytics requests and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine user stories.
