Job Description

We are seeking a
- oriented Web/App Tracking Specialist (m/f/d) with a strong background in digital analytics and marketing attribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and attribution platforms like Exactag, as well as a passion for data quality, troubleshooting, and collaborative
- solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement, and maintain web and app tracking tags
2. Implement and manage marketing attribution models within Exactag and monitor campaign performance
3. Conduct regular audits and QA checks to confirm data accuracy and consistency and maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics setup and processes
4. Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and translate complex data into actionable insights for a
   - technical audience
5. Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams and provide training and guidance to team members
6. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Several years of experience in digital marketing, tag management, and/or marketing automation
• Ability to design and implement tracking strategies to measure website and
  - app user behavior
• Certification in Google Analytics, Adjust, or similar platforms; good understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script); knowledge of mobile app frameworks
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
